At Intentional Hair Salon, we value your time and appreciate your trust in ours. To provide the best experience for all guests, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment. • Changes or cancellations made with 48+ hours’ notice: No charge. • Cancellations within 24–48 hours: A $50 fee will be applied. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Will be charged the full cost of the scheduled services. Please note: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to stay on time for all guests.
